I led the UX writing and conversation design strategy for Amazon's AI-powered HR assistant. I helped transform robotic interactions into natural, human-centered conversations that measurably improved user satisfaction.
One writer, 14,000 employees, 1 million end users. The math doesn't work unless you start building UX writing as a system. That's what I did: create scalable standards, self-serve tools, and frameworks that multiply my impact.
Large organizations don't struggle with little content, their struggle is too much content pulling them in different directions. Before Amazon, I solved the same problem at Expedia Group (26 brands) and Siemens across 11 Indian and 9 global locations. I built editorial frameworks, style guides, and collaborative processes that turned fragmented messaging into unified storytelling.
I've run editorial teams for a major daily newspaper in India, written award-winning features for the Northwest Asian Weekly (winning three Washington Newspaper Association Awards), and led magazine redesigns. Whether it's a crowded newsroom or a two-person content team, I bring clear writing, clean design, and a system that holds it all together.
